What grows together, goes together. We are true believers in fresh, local producers, ensuring our suppliers are scouring the market for the very best produce at the very best price. This level of quality runs through the very ethos of Seven, and doesn’t have to cost the world. Our suppliers grow their own herbs, visit the local fish market and meet with local producers to deliver our promise on sustainable menus. We never use single use plastic, we never compromise on our zero waste policy, we use regenerative water sources at our venue, heat pumps and solar panels and upscale our stock regularly to reduce our impact on the environment.
